Viacomms Telecom is Kuwait Shareholding Company specialized in providing mission critical unified communications systems, contact center applications, customer experience platforms, and networking infrastructure to many of the country's largest companies, retailers, hospitals, hotels, schools and government institutions. As a leading Enterprise Partner, Viacomms works with world-class vendors and leaders in Gartner Magic Quadrant. Technical operations run 24/7, powered by top-notch experienced field engineers who hold the highest vendor's specialized rigorous certifications.
Based on customers' feedback, they desire to deal with professional companies who are focused and experts in the solutions they are selling, and have rock solid local support services. When it comes to IT mission-critical applications, customers are frustrated with the lack of local expertise and having to deal with mediocre companies who overpromise while doing the sales, underdeliver during implementation, and provide poor services during the warranty and post-warranty period.
In fact, smart customers know that the bitterness of poor after-sales service remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten. Hence, our focus is to consistently provide the best solutions coupled with our professional support services. Therefore, we have positioned our services above and beyond what our competition is offering by having expert technical staff and partnerships with world-class vendors.
